Summary

The agent dashboard is moving to the hefring-platform repo. This PR removes it from the flake: the module, the app and its doc.

Kept on purpose:

Sandbox approval hook (_approval.py): it only acts when $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/agent-dashboard/approvals.sock and the pid registry exist. With no dashboard it returns "can't ask", and _ssh.py / _gh.py fall back to zenity as before. A dashboard run from hefring-platform can keep using it unchanged.
opencode 2 flake input: the sandboxed opencode still uses it.

Evidence

Before: homeModules.agent-dashboard was in the workbench suite and ran the agent-dashboard user service.
After:
- All 10 hosts evaluate: nix eval --raw .#nixosConfigurations.<h>.config.system.build.toplevel.drvPath for muon, mude, muop, murk, muvo, muvm, muin, muho, mups and muba.
- muon's home-manager user services have no *dashboard* unit.
- rg "AGENT_DASHBOARD.md|homeModules.agent-dashboard" finds nothing.
- nix fmt -- --check flags only _sources/generated.nix, which main flags too.

The code stays in git history (the commits before this PR), and hefring-platform gets its own copy.

Blast Radius: workbench-hosts

On the next switch, hosts with the workbench suite stop and lose the agent-dashboard user service. Its state in ~/.local/state/agent-dashboard stays on disk. Sessions that were running under it stop. Their worktrees and branches stay.
